Located on the 4th floor of a beautiful Haussmanian building rue Lincoln, in the 8th arrondissement, this 64sqm apartment invites you to stay close to the most famous avenue in the world.


Accessible by lift, this elegant 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment has been completely renovated and recalls Parisian style and luxury. It consists of a beautiful living-room area, an equipped and functional kitchen as well as a dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people; ideal for moments of sharing and conviviality.

The bedrooms have double beds and the living room has a premium sofa bed.
The 2 moderns and comfortable bathrooms are ensuite and equipped with a walk-in shower.

At the cutting edge of technology, it benefits from a connected television, and high-speed wifi thanks to fiber optic.

For maximum comfort, this apartment has hotel quality bedding, sheets and towels, a washing machine and dryer (available in the common areas) and a Nespresso coffee machine .

Pleasant place, but Wifi Issues and Street Noise

Wonderful flat. Very charming. If you're planning on cooking meals I wouldn't recommend as the kitchen is minimal. Great separation between the bedrooms. The WiFi (Orbi) network did not cover Flat D. It only worked if you went out into the hallway near the elevator. Made travel very difficult. Communication was through Pick a Flat and that complicated trying to let them know the WiFi only worked in the hall. There's a pub on the ground floor that is super fun but if you're turning in early the noise might be an issue.
