This charming refurbished flat is a two-bedroom apartment of 68 sq. m. Bright and cozy, it is located on the 7th floor with elevator. This property with a view on the Eiffel Tower and the Seine is equipped with :

The apartment is located in the 16th arrondissement, at 15 min away from the Eiffel Tower by walk. It is close to several metro stations such as:
- Passy → 250m (line 6)
- Champ de Mars - Tour Eiffel → 550m (RER C)
In the heart of Passy neighborhood, the flat will allow you to access very easily to all the monuments that make Paris the most beautiful city in the world. The bus 72, at the foot of the building, will drive you all along the river Seine, from the Louvre to Notre-Dame, Orsay Museum, Les Invalides, the Latin Quarter… But you should also stroll in the beautiful Passy neighborhood and enjoy the cafés, restaurants and shops.
Don’t miss Passy market and its timeless atmosphere, or drink a tea at Carette’s and enjoy the fantastic view on the Eiffel Tower. Finally, for a typical Parisian night, don’t hesitate to eat at Tournesol, 300m away from the flat, before going to a concert at the Maison de la Radio.
