In Montévrain, close to stores and public transport (just 10 mn away from Val d'Europe station - RER A), this apartment is perfect for visiting the Paris region serenely.
Situated on the ground floor of a peaceful and secure residence, this bright and beautiful one-bedroom apartment of 54 sq. m includes:
- a lovely sunny terrace of 20 sq. m, not overlooked,
- a charming living room with a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm),
- a peaceful and bright bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a fully equipped separate kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing equipment,
- a baby’s bed,
- TV, Wi-Fi and video library,
- a parking spot.
