Discover the charm of Paris by staying in this bright flat located in the 17th district. Close to shops and transport, this no-lift flat of 46sq. m on the 2nd floor can accommodate up to four people. It is composed of:
- a spacious and comfortable living room with a convertible sofa bed,
- a bedroom with a double bed and a work desk,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher),
- bathroom with bath,
- a 6 m² balcony with a small table,
- ironing facilities, hairdryer, washing machine,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- The accommodation does not include a parking space.
After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.
Please note the following additional charges:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

## Neighborhood
You'll be ideally located, close to local shops, and a short walk from metro stations to easily explore the city. Be sure to visit the Jardin d'Acclimatation and the Bois de Boulogne, just 15 minutes away by public transport. You'll also be just a 15-minute walk from two of Paris's iconic landmarks: the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. Just downstairs, you will find a well-known bakery and a historic bistro called "Chez Fred", where you can enjoy local specialities.
