Close to Gare de Lyon, shops and transports, this apartment will be the perfect choice for a stay in the capital city.
This nice and calm apartment is situated on the 2nd floor without elevator, consists of a living space of 50 sq. m and includes:
- a charming balcony with a view on the courtyard and its garden, as well as the "Coulée Verte",
- a cozy living room,
- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, oven, microwave, hotplates, dish-washer, fridge),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- Wi-Fi and TV,
- an underground parking lot.
Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure

## Neighborhood
In the heart of Paris, this central accommodation will enable you to discover the iconic Place de la Bastille and its animated district two steps away, but also to relax in the Bois de Vincennes, one of Paris' biggest green spaces, by following the "Coulée Verte", a very nice promenade. You will also be closed to the famous Père Lachaise cemetery, where plenty of personalities are resting, as well as the mythic Marais district.
You will also find nearby the accommodation everything you need for a perfect Parisian stay : a supermarket is close to the building, whereas the area doesn’t miss any restaurants, bars or boutiques. Besides, some of the most animated areas are a few minutes away on foot or metro : Oberkampf, Châtelet, Menilmontant…
At last, thanks to numerous metro lines and Gare de Lyon train station located a few minutes away on foot from your flat, you’ll be perfectly connected to the city center and you will be able to discover all the most famous monuments that have made Paris' fame and contribute to making it the most beautiful city of the world.
