This recently renovated 2-bedroom duplex apartment is located in the centre of Suresnes, on the 2nd floor of a small residence. All shops and restaurants are at the foot of the building. You're just 15 minutes from Paris-La Défense and 20 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées. It's the ideal location for visiting the region.

The flat is arranged as follows:

★ A fully equipped open-plan kitchen ( oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cooking utensils).
★ A lounge with sofa and coffee table, video projector.
★ A dining area with a table and 4 chairs.
★ A bathroom with bath or shower, toilet and washing machine/dryer.

Great, spacious place. With access to a kitchen, air conditioning, tv/projection, dishwasher and washing machine! Only problem is the shower head falls so you can’t prop it up for a proper shower. Nice neighborhood and location. Very close to public transport: tram, train or bus stations!
