A clean and quiet but very tiny place. We had to squeeze ourselves into the narrowness of the studio. It took several takes to get the acces details in time and there were other tedious procedures concerning checking out and paying the deposit. The response from the office was quick and friendly though.We missed some practical items: a tea pot, doorgrips, coat rack, cutting board. Bed was good and big enough.The neighbourhood is excellent and very lively and friendly.

Total absence of electricity

We didn't have electricity in our flat. At first we were told that it was going to be repaired asap. In the afternoon of the second day, realizing that nothing had happened, I asked: I was told that they couldn't find any technician available. We were offered another flat at 50 minutes by public transportation. I had to buy an extra battery to recharge at least my phone. Still waiting for any refund

Agréablement surpris

Certes il ne fait que 14m2 donc ce n'est pas grand. Mais c'est bien agencé. Pour nous, c'est juste un endroit pour dormir et prendre le petit déjeuner et de temps une soupe le soir. C'était donc suffisant.Ce qu'il manque : comme indiqué ds bcp d'avis, mettre des poignées au placard (le système de fermeture/ouverture ne fonctionne pas) et installer un porte manteau mural pour les vestes.

Un minuscule studio au lieu d'un 2 pièces, très très peu pratique ( pas de poignées de placard, table pliante difficile a plier, accès au lit en plongeant du salon, pas de petites cuillères...). Des parties communes ayant subi recemment un incendie, des lumières dans les communs peu pratiques a allumer. Un propriétaire pas a l'écoute des clients...
