Hotel is good enough for evrything. Centrally located and well managed. There was an ongoing renovation at the time but never senn any workers nor did hear any noise. Room was both sğacious and clean however there is too much Metro (subway) noise on lower levels. Not a deak breaker though.

We liked the parisian neighborhood, far from the tourist crowd. Only detail the Hotel NH Paris Opera Faubourg was in was in reform, so few amenities. The staff friendly and helpful, many brasseries close by, same with metro stations We liked very much!

Everything is good, expect the room was not available at the designated check in time of 3pm. After an 13 hour flight with a child, this is essential aspect for consideration. Staff was nice and professional however 2 star is only for not having the room ready at the check in time.

Uncomfortable sleep

Friendly staff and great location. Not my first stay so feel like a home from home. Unfortunately the previous guest had used the alarm clock and it hadn’t been reset. I was woken up at 6am by the alarm. My superior room had two single beds pushed together, usually find in other hotels but the beds moved and I would fall in between. I had to sleep on one side, very uncomfortable and a wasted of bed.

Good hotel with helpful and very friendly staff - staff in the breakfast room particularly friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was good. Location is great for cafes and restuarants and handy for both Gare de Nord and Sant Lazarre stations.
