This apartment is located on the right bank, on the edge of the 3rd arrondissement, in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, less than 3 minutes on foot from the “République” or “Strasbourg Saint-Denis” metro station, 15 minutes by walk from the Georges Pompidou Center (Beaubourg), and a few minutes from the Canal Saint-Martin.

This very bright, quiet apartment is very cozy. It is arranged as follows:

Entering on your right there is the bathroom with a bath/shower, sink and WC. Then, in the main room there is a 160x190 double sofa bed, a 90X190 single bed, a 120X190 bed, a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped.

A supermarket is just down the building, also a covered market and a wealth of restaurants and bars.

This apartment is less than 15 minutes walk from rue Rambuteau, and rue de Bretagne, the main streets of the Marais district.

A perfect little French neighborhood.
We had the best time staying at this location while attending the Olympics. Wonderful accommodations for us 4 crazy Americans sleeping in one room. We now refer to this little haven as Cabin 29 or aka “Adult Sleep Away Camp”. Even though there is no AC, we were able to keep cool with the fans and the open patio door. Fabrice came and met us and welcomed us to the flat. Great access to the subway, grocery state right beside the building, & amazing places to eat right around the corner. All in all - the perfect place for our Paris/Olympic adventure.

Great Flat
I stayed with my 13 and 14 year olds for the olympics. This is a great location. Fabrice was amazing! The property was very nice and provided a full bathroom, 3 beds, a full kitchen and washer dryer. Had an amazing time.

Great place to stay in a neat French neighborhood
Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the studio apartment in Paris. It accommodated all four of us no problem, was clean, and the lovely deck was the perfect spot to enjoy fresh air and a sip of coffee. There's a grocery store next door, and the Chateau d'Eau metro stop is just a few blocks away. Centre de Pompidou is also an easy walk. Loved it and felt so welcomed! Definitely recommend.

Welcoming host and wonderful neighborhood
We spent five nights in the apartment. We were warmly greeted and, when we had difficulties with unlocking the door, the manager promptly assisted us. The only complaint is the height of the bathtub. It’s hard to get in it — a hand rail is needed as is a rubberized mat as the tub is very slippery.

Loved the location of the neighborhood. It’s not next to the big tourist places but the metro is close and very easy to navigate. It’s quiet and felt safe! The apartment was well stocked, very clean and was surprisingly spacious with the 4 of us! If I go back to Paris I would stay here again! Thanks!

Quiet, peaceful oasis in the middle of the city.
We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing. The market next door and small restaurants on our street made it convenient. We also enjoyed several nearby bus stops and Metro stations to come and go by. It is also close to the scenic Canal St.Martin. The view from our balcony of private gardens is romantic.

The flat is located near several convenient metro stops on the 8 and 9 lines, and near many restaurants and boulangeries. There's a convenience market adjacent to the building. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked and had most of what we needed. The hosts were magnificent and very helpful with questions and advice. Thank you!

Convenient, clean, quiet location
Well located and quiet with Metro stops and markets nearby. We felt like we were in a Parisian neighborhood rather than an area of tourists. Fabrice was quickly responsive. We found the WiFi less powerful than we needed to download tickets etc. For the two of us, we really enjoyed staying in this clean, quiet apartment and would come back again.

Fabrice place was very well located, close to everything you will need to stay in Paris. Communication with Fabrice was easy and he responded fast when we needed him. Fabrice provided us with a lot of supplies and the house has a lot of utensils. We were very comfortable in Fabrice house.

Very nice stay
We had a week long stay at the apartment. It is well equipped, very clean, comfortable, and very quiet as it face an interior court. Communication with Fabrice was excellent. All beds were comfy including the sofa bed which is a rarity. A grocery, market and restaurants are steps away. Metro stations not far.

Ein perfekter Rückzugsort in bester Lage
Das helle und freundliche Neubauappartement liegt mitten im Zentrum des sozialökologisch höchst lebendigen Quartiers St.Martin in einer absolut ruhigen, kleinen Strasse - die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Dutzende Cafes und Restaurants, feine Läden und das Theaterviertel sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Inbesondere der verkehrsberuhigte Canal St.Martin um die Ecke ist ein Stück gelebter Stadtutopie. Die Einrichtung des Appartements ist zweckmässig und persönlich - und trägt eher den versammelten Charme der achtziger Jahre.
