the room was not clean at all and it also had stains, the bathroom doesn’t look like in the pictures it’s way smaller and also the windows don’t open at all. Most of the staff was rude,not all but most of them i wouldn’t recommend going there

The room was quite dirty. Walls had stain on them. Felt obligated to wear slippers around the carpet. The best thing about the hotel was it was close to the metro. No mini fridge.

Hotel reception staff were very friendly and are quick at responding to any requests you may have. Room was spacious and clean and bed was comfy. Bar and restaurant area was modern and very reasonably priced. For a budget hotel this was great for us as a couple and great transport links in and around paris. If i was to find any faults the toilet cistern was continuing to make a noise all night and you could hear people in the corridor, that is the only fault.

Stone throwaway from metro stop, supermarket just a short walk away. Facilities a bit ran down (but budget wise you can't ask for more). Surroundings definitely not the prettiest, but still safe. Noise insulation good, but still noisy in the room next to the elevator

Bad stay

The location is a nightmare to find. Parking was a hassle it had to be in a certain designated area which was impossible to find. The actual area is rough I would look elsewhere. On of the staff was very helpful the other I think was in the wrong job. Shower and bathroom were rubbish too. Struggling to find anything positive apart from price.

It felt really dirty and gross. The carpet in the room was so so nasty. Very uncomfortable bed could feel the springs in the bed. Was nice that it was so close to the metro though.

This hotel is amazing for the location of the metro. We were There for 3 nights and every night there were large groups of teenagers that would slam doors, run the hall and talk super loud. This would go until 1:30 in the morning. I didn’t call from desk because it seems to be the norm. I got the hotel for a real cheap rate (lower than normal) so you get what you pay for. We were hoping to eat in the restaurant but it was closed I’m assuming for a large group which sucks for other clients staying. We made it work but again, you get what you pay. I wouldn’t walk around after dark and the shower water would switch back and forth from hot to cold,

We found out after checking in that Bagnolet was a bit far from Paris, but we were able to stay there without any problems. Even if it was our first time, we felt very reassured because it was so noticeable when we got off at Paris North Station on Line 5 and Line 3. Although Subway Line 3 was very old, it ran frequently and the information center and ticket box in the station issued the necessary transportation tickets. In other words, it is an easy place to travel, especially for first-time visitors. The Paris city map and water purifier at the reception were really nice. Housekeeping may be late sometimes because there are many rooms, but it was clean without any problems. The restaurant and bar on the first floor looked very comfortable. The ventilation fan runs every day from 10 AM to 10 PM for ventilation, and although it is noisy, it is very quiet when the fan is turned off. The reception was very clear and kind in providing information about the ventilation fan operation time, how to operate the heater, changing towels, and storing luggage. I really liked it.
