The renovated and pleasant bathroom is equipped with a shower, a vanity unit with mirror, a towel rack, a hairdryer and a waste bin. It provides everything needed for comfortable daily use. A set of fresh towels is provided upon arrival.



The apartment stands out for its original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and carefully curated décor combining contemporary touches with vintage pieces, creating a welcoming and elegant ambiance. Guest Access:

Travellers have full, private access to the flat. It is designed for self-check-in, with keys placed in a nearby key box. This system allows guests to arrive at their convenience.

The accommodation is very easy to get to. Several underground stations are just a 2- to 4-minute walk away, allowing you to quickly reach any part of the city. The nearby lines offer direct access to République (8 mins), the Marais (10 mins), Opéra (12 mins), Châtelet (10 mins), Gare du Nord (5 mins) and Montmartre (15 mins).



Bus routes, taxis, Vélib' bike-sharing stations and electric scooters complete the transport options, making everyday travel easy.



Thanks to this central location, getting around Paris is quick and easy, with easy access to iconic neighbourhoods such as Bastille, the Champs-Élysées, the Eiffel Tower and Saint-Germain-des-Prés.



Other Things to Note:

- In case of a same-day reservation (arrival on the day of booking), the apartment may be ready from 7:00 PM instead of the standard check-in time indicated on the listing.

- Subject to availability, we offer optional luggage storage and late check-out services to make your stay more comfortable.



As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8 EUR per night,

OR

* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
