Perfect Paris Pied-à-Terre

Beautiful apartment in a truly Parisian neighborhood..not 100% tourist free but almost! Shops, bars, cafes, restos aplenty. 2 blocks off the Canal St. Martin. 7 minute walk to Place de la Republique. Lovingly decorated with art and rugs and furniture, unique and special. Marie Gabrielle is the warmest hostess… Absolutely with the mostest! We stayed a week and it was heartbreaking to leave. Will definitely return!!

Gorgeous apartment and host!

This apartment is spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated! It looks just like the photos, only better. The host, Gabby, is gorgeous! She is so warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Beautiful flat

We enjoyed staying here very much! Excellent location with tons of shops, restaurants, bakeries. A very short walk to the metro station, which is a huge plus. The host was friendly, spoke very good English, which helped our communication and ensured a smooth stay. The internet went out for a couple of days and she was able to get it fixed quickly. The flat itself is clean and bright. It is loud at times during the day but quiets down at night and never had an issue with sleep. Neighbors were friendly and we felt safe the entire stay. We would definitely stay again!

Fun in Paris

Stayed 5 days in this apartment. Gabrielle was friendly and so accommodating when we checked in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The area was walkable to neighborhood restaurants. The area was not right near tourist attractions but had no trouble using metro. Would stay there again

This is Paris!

The apartment feels like home, in Paris. Mme Terzano is most generous to offer stays in her home with all her artwork, books, furnishings, and music collection. The kitchen and bath are updated, and the entire place is immaculately clean. We had a wonderful stay at this great address that we cannot praise enough. I could have stayed home all day and still known I was in Paris. The neighboorhood is vibrant, and Mme Terzano's restaurant recommendations, all a short walk away, were excellent. We walked to Nôtre Dame de Paris and Les Halles in about 40 minutes, and the Metro stop on the corner adds to the convenience. We felt totally safe in this neighborhood. We're a gay couple 60+ and felt most welcome. This place is great for one person or two who share a bed. Madame Terzano, merci beacoup. Nous espérons retourner un jour, pas trop lointain.

Awesome Host and Apartment

Gabrielle is the perfect host! She responds quickly to all your questions about the apartment or any concerns! She provides good suggestions and advice! She was there when we arrived to welcome us and show us how everything works in the apartment! She is just delightful! The apartment was just as the pictures! It was super clean! It is relaxing, cosy and quite large ! There is a great sound system throughout the house! You have everything you need and more! The apartment is close to everything! You have 3 markets , 2 bakeries and 2 brasseries all on the street within 5 minute walk! The metro is also a few minutes away and Uber is readily available! We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment!

Charming apartment in Paris

The apartment is very charming with a lovely view of a quiet street. We found it very spacious - plenty of room to unpack our clothes and enjoyed the large bathroom. The bedroom overlooks a backyard courtyard which was very quiet at night. We took the metro to all our destinations and found it very convenient that it is only a few minutes away from the apartment. It was a true Parisian experience, as we felt like we were living in the city as opposed to being tourists.

We had the most delightful stay at Maries flat. It is ideally located, clean and very comfortable. The hostess is very responsive, extremely pleasant and a wonderful person. I would highly recommend this place

Great place.

Gabby was awesome. The apartment is very well decorated and you felt like a Parisian there. Very close to the Metro,Shops and Restaurants. We're from NY so we are used to city apartments. There will be street sounds but nothing overwhelming. Gabby........would love a tv in the sitting room so we could've enjoyed your beautifully decorated living room while we were catching up on Wimbledon while not out site seeing. Great host, Great Apartment. Would recommend. Thanks.

L’appartement de Marie-Gabrielle a fait toute la différence lors de notre séjour à Paris. Elle a été à l’écoute et nous a traité aux petits oignons. Je songerai certainement à y retourner la prochaine fois que je serai dans la ville lumière. C’est une perle!

Wonderful stay

This apartment had everything we needed and very glad we stayed here. 3 Tube stations all with in a 10 min walk. Convenience store across the street for groceries and two pastry shops on the corner.

Charming, comfortable, artistic apartment

When we return again to Paris this is where we wish to stay! Located in the 10th Arrondissement, it is in a regular neighborhood. Our host was so welcoming. She met us at the apartment, showed us how everything worked, and brought us a small welcoming gift. She had laid out maps of Paris, and a list of restaurant and shops she recommended. The metro was half a block away. The apartment was lovely, artsy, and eclectic. Tall windows let in plenty of natural light and we were able to access and enjoy the balcony. The views were wonderful! There was a complete kitchen, large bathroom and bedroom. Our host was a delightful woman. We enjoyed getting to know her. Prior to arrival, I had sent a few emails and she was very responsive in answering my questions. It was a perfect place to stay! Highly recommend!

The owner of the apartment is the sweetest woman, and I enjoyed the stay so much.

We got the best welcome when we arrived at the apartment. She showed us around and talked about all her wonderful things in the apartment. She was so sweet and friendly and was so happy to meet us. We really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful apartment with a beautiful view from the terrace. She had laid out maps of Paris. And some different tourist books. Afterwards, she told about some good restaurants in the area. It was the best stay I have experienced renting an apartment for a few days.
