Klassisches Angebot eines kommerziellen Anbieters

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG an einer Hauptstrasse, alle Fenster gehen zur Straßenseite. Das Gebäude selbst wirkt heruntergekommen, die Zugangssicherungen (Schließsystem/Nummerncode) sind ausser Funktion. Ebenso die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung und die Rolläden zur Verdunkelung in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer. Wir können nur abraten.
