The value for the apartment was very good. We enjoyed not being in a touristy area and being close to a Metro stop. The first day we misplaced the key and made multiple attempts to get ahold of management and were unsuccessful. Two different phone numbers were unanswered and our email got no response. We were lucky to have found the misplaced key, but it would have been a VERY bad trip otherwise. It is 2025 and easy to leave a WhatsApp contact for messages.

Les plus importants: radiateur cuisine à moitié de travers, une attache ayant lâché / machine à laver inutilisable, le tambour est bloqué / au dessus de l'escalier, au plafond, manque une vitre ou une trappe donc la chaleur s'échappe / des choses desserrées / une fuite à une douche / TV décodeur les piles des télécommandes étaient mortes / etc... Très déçus, nous espérons un dédommagement pour ces désagréments qui frisent l'arnaque.
