The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay in this completely renovated studio, ideal for three guests. Quiet and overlooking a courtyard, it is the ideal base for a relaxing Parisian getaway, whether you come with friends, family or on business.



The studio includes:

• A comfortable sleeping area: the studio has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm), both equipped with new and very comfortable bedding. A smart TV, unlimited high-speed WiFi, and a ceiling fan are also included.

• A bathroom: it includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap & shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels & bath mats are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A practical, open plan kitchen: fully equipped with a microwave, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and all the utensils, pots and pans you need to prepare simple meals. It also contains a dining area.

The studio also includes convenient laundry facilities (iron and ironing board).

Deposit Requirement

Deposit: A €150 deposit is required, payable online ONLY via credit card through SWIKLY. Refund processed from 21 business days post-departure, assuming no damages are found.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Noise: Maintain quiet to respect neighbors. Loud disturbances may lead to deposit deductions.

Construction: Be aware of ongoing construction in the building, for which we cannot be held responsible.



Internet Access

Online Activities: Avoid unauthorized activities. We are not responsible for connection issues.



Age Requirement

Minimum Age to Reserve: 21 years. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement. Non-compliance will result in denial of stay and non-refundable bookings.
