Great apartment in an amazing location and a bonus for us was having some great music to listen to. So close to trains, restaurants, attractions etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Charming neighborhood filled with restaurants, very close to Notre Dame. Creperie around the corner was our go to for a Caffe Crème and a croissant. The flat is just as pictured, be mindful the stairs going up to the bedroom would not be suitable for an elderly person or someone with a disability. Groceries for supplies were within an easy walk. We used the driver offered to and from the airport, his name was Kevin and he was kind and efficient, gave us some great tips.

Amazing apartment in an amazing location

I stayed here for 5 days as a solo traveler in May 2024 and it was wonderful. The place looked exactly as the pictures show: clean, spacious, well-decorated. It is also in the perfect location: 2 blocks from the seine / notre dame in a busy part of St. Germain des Pres while still being completely quiet in the apartment. The team (Anton, Ruben) were very nice and accommodating and communicated well before and during my stay. The next time I am in Paris, I will look for the same listing (or others by Ruben).

Perfect location, comfortable apartment.

Perfect location, lots of activity outside and quiet inside. It's just like the pictures. Plenty of room for a Paris lodging. The bed was comfortable. We were glad to see there was an elevator, since the apartment is on the 5th floor. The listing said it had a coffee maker, but upon arrival there wasn't one. One was delivered 2 days later. It was a great coffee maker and I understand there are a lot of properties they need to take care of. Half way through our stay, the downstairs bathroom sink stopped draining. It wasn't a huge problem since there was another bathroom with a sink upstairs. When I texted to say there was a problem, I received an answer saying, "How come, did you put hair or something fell down inside?" At first I felt accused, but I let it go and just said no. Then he suggested I go to the supermarket and purchase a drain cleaner because he was by himself and did not have time today. That was on Monday. On Wednesday, he came and fixed it himself. He truly was surprised that we didn't go find a store that carried drain cleaner and fix it ourselves. I don't read or speak French and we were on vacation. Maybe this is just a cultural thing? I don't know. I gave 4 stars because it's a great place to stay and he did fix the issue. I had to take one star away because If I were in their shoes, I would never expect the customer to fix the problem.
