    ➡ Party Policy : No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied for non-compliance with this rule. In case of complaints from neighbors or the police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, with no possibility of reimbursement. The security deposit will be withheld. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Thank you.

    ➡ Identity Verification : An identification document with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent any fraud.

    ➡ Children and Babies : Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple babies, they must be added as "children."

    ➡ The sofa bed is prepared only on request or automatically for groups exceeding 8.

    Arrival Day and Supplements :
    Entries are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and exits are before 11:00 AM.
    Supplements for late arrivals :
    - Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: supplement of 30 euros.
    - After 10:00 PM: supplement of 50 euros.
    - No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.

    Departure Day : The final cleaning is included; we simply ask you to leave the accommodation in an acceptable condition, ensuring that you wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.

It’s a great apartment in a good location, about a two- to three-minute walk from the Metro and the Porte Saint-Denis. A great launching point for visiting Paris.

Nous étions 10 (4 adultes et 6 enfants). Un super appartement avec une communication facile avec l'hôte et avec le concierge. L'air climatisé fonctionnait super bien, ce qui était un must pendant la canicule. Nous étions central et le métro était au coin de la rue. La ruelle était un peu plus inquiétante le soir, mais c'est tout. Je le recommande fortement.

This property is spacious (our party had 9 people), clean, and a comfortable home base for a trip to Paris. The property is close to the Metro and a short walk to Montorguriel. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. We were able to store our bags in the apartment and come back at actual check in time. Mickael greeted us and was very informative and pleasant. The apartment was extremely well stocked and tidy. Yohann was amazing and always answered any questions in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect location. Thank you!

Very spacious place and clean in a very lively neighborhood like east village in NY. Michael who met us at the check-in was very friendly and informative. I would recommend this place for a big group. It is conveniently located.

This was a very nice apartment. Is was clean and well maintained. The street it is on was a little noisy until pretty late, but generally it is in a good location close to a metro stop and a short walk to the Seine River.

Apartment was clean and spacious. Location very convenient (2 metro stations within a 2 minute walk). Large bathrooms, comfy beds, really everything was great.

The best part of this stay was communication with Yohann, the property manager who is a lovely person. The apartment is just a few blocks away from fantastic shopping and restaurants.

Great stay in Paris

A wonderful stay at this lovely apartment with great access to all the key areas. Yohan made the whole process very easy with quick responses to questions and providing key information on the area. The check in process was very smooth with Mickael giving us lots of helpful advice and information. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay in this special apartment! We greatly appreciated the ease with which we communicated with the owner and loved everything about the home. Conveniently located in the center of Paris, some attractions are in walking distance. There is a supermarket, a boulangerie and a metro station right outside.The apartment is clean and has lots of space for a larger family. Paris Stay

We were very happy with this rental. The three full bathrooms were spacious and clean, nice washer and dryer. It is very close to the metro station in a vibrant neighborhood with restaurants and a small grocery nearby. It was in a great location for us. We would stay again. Mickael met us at check in, showed us everything about the rental and even provided some good tips for dining.

Paris wedding

This place was perfect for 6 of us attending wedding activities in Paris the place was absolutely spotless and the best was 3 bathrooms and air conditioning very hard to find in Paris. Close to restaurants and shopping groceries and bakeries walkable. We met the staff at beginning of our stay who went over everything with us. Easy check out Ubers readily available close to metro as well to get to museums Eiffel Tower Notre Dame etc

Great communication. Met with Michal and he went over the entire apartment with us so we know how to use things.great location. Super clean. Right by the metro and very close to restaurants and shops. My entire family liked the layout of the apartment. Looked just like the pictures. Very secure and located on the first level (some stairs)Nonissues at all. I would highly recommend for families looking to stay in Paris .
