This superb studio of more than 20 m2 with a capacity of 2 people, quiet and a 7-minute walk from PIERREFITTE STAINS train station, it has been completely refurbished and equipped so that your stay takes place in an exceptional setting:

- 4K TV with WiFi , YouTube, and NETFLIX access via TV so you can watch movies & series.

- An office space is also available to allow you to book or work remotely with peace of mind.

- Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, range hood, microwave, "Nespresso" coffee machine with pods. A complete set of dishes will also be at your disposal to allow you to cook.

The entrance to the premises is done autonomously and completely secured by a key box, which will allow you to arrive at the time that suits you.
Badge and key will be sent to you to have access to your home.

Rules and instructions to follow:

- No smoking in the apartment ( a smoking area is located at the bottom of the residence)

- Prohibition to organize parties or evenings

- Prohibition to invite outside persons (only the number of people listed on the reservation will be accepted)

- Please empty your garbage cans (Two large garbage cans are available at the foot of the residence: yellow trash can REMINDER, paper and cardboard /black garbage garbage can)
