Our stay at this hotel was great! The location is very convenient - walking to sites and dining/shopping options was much shorter than we had imagined when looking at a map. The hotel was clean & the staff were really friendly & helpful. The elevator was not working to the ground floor for 2 of the 3 of the days we were there, so had to walk to 1st & use stairs up… but thankfully we were on the 2nd floor. All in all, I would recommend this hotel & I hope to be back someday.

The renovation has been beautifully done... of course the room itself is cosy, to say the least! Only reservation is the open-to-the-room hanging space... this is a regrettable trend in modern reservations, but this one is particularly odd as the 'cupboard' is in the middle of the main wall beside the desk space and tv, so unavoidable! The issue was with the lift, which wasn't able to come to the main floor... apparently parts on order, but quite inconvenient all the same. To use it with luggage, for example, someone had to walk up and bring it down!

Central location within walking distance to many dining options and historical buildings. Our only issue, we learned later that this is a common complaint amongst many Paris hotels, was that we requested the hotel to contact a taxi for us for transfer to airport. Instead they arranged an Uber which was 10€ more for the two of us than our friends who grabbed a cab.

Beautiful room! Comfortable bed, lovely view, excellent closet space, extremely nice toiletries. Lots of amenities: bottles of water, coffee maker and frig in room, afternoon tea. For those who don't want to uber or taxi, it is convenient to take RER B from CDG to Luxembourg station.
