Managed by an agency. Well organized but a bit confusing who you were communicating with depending on if it was the local person who would let you in, or the agency online. Amazing location, cannot be beat by any means. Plenty of restaurants, boulangeries, and steps from the Eiffel Tower. We were a family with children on an extended stay. Place worked out well overall but a bit tight with kids. The negative of this apartment was the quality of the furnishings (standard IKEA but quite old and noticeably so). Given host does extended stays (we did a month) I would expect more amenities. While the kitchen was equipped with plates, silverware, etc, we had to buy our own hand and dish soap, sponges, hand towels, etc, which would have been nice for the price. Overall, apartment met our needs and would recommend.
