The apartment has recently been renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, etc.) and has a French window leading to the terrace, the sleeping area has a double bed (160X200) and a large bay window with a breathtaking view of Paris. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed convertible into an extra bed (140X190) to accommodate one or two people if necessary and a dining area. The flat has a small bathroom, functional and bright, is equipped with a bath and shower and a toilet. TV and cable, WIFI, wardrobe, vacuum cleaner, iron, washing machine and dryer are at your disposal during your stay.
The apartment is on the 5th floor, with elevator and you will have access to the entire apartment

From the apartment there is also a tiny view of the Eiffel Tower (just enough to keep an eye on her!). Located right in the heart of Montmartre in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle, which leads to the Sacre Coeur. The apartment is ideally located for a stay where you will be able to enjoy a rich and lively neighbourhood life.You will find many restaurants and bars along the famous Abbesses street, an old cobbled stone street.
There are 2 tube stations; Blanche (line 2) and Abbesses (line 12), you will be able to reach quickly and easily, the center of Paris, train stations and most places you will want to visit during your stay.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
