As advertised

The apartment was pretty much as pictured and was clean and well furnished. The apartment manager called to check with us after we had moved in. Although it worked out ok, it was not convenient to go to one address to get the key and then walk to the apartment address, hauling our luggage with us. Other than that, everything worked out fine.

Todo bien hasta que la cama tenía insectos.

Así es. El sofa-cama del livin tenía insectos llamados "chinches" que dejaron al cuerpo de mi hija lleno de ronchas, debiendo acudir a un médico amigo por internet para que me indique que medicina debía usar o tomar mi hija. Esto sucedió el día jueves 6 de febrero. A partir de ese día mi hija durmió en el sillón reclinable, pese a haberle enviado un mail a Habitat Parisien contándole lo sucedido.

Close to Opera

We stayed here for 3 nights. Comfortable apartment in good location. Easy to walk to Galleries Lafayette and Opera. Lots of choice of restaurants. Ann-Sophie was very welcoming and informative. Only negative was elevator did not work after 1st day.

Emplacement et accueil parfaits Confort très agréable, seul petit bémol pour les ustensiles de cuisine, sinon tout est prévu des tablettes pour le lave vaisselle aux produis de toilette et ce qui est aussi appréciable c'est la machine à laver séchante.

Super locatie en prima appartement

Mooi appartement met alle voorzieningen. Contact met verhuurder was soepel en vriendelijk. Kussens (slaap) bank waren wat vuil. Verder alles schoon en netjes. Ligging aan een drukke straat is lawaaierig en 's nachts storend, zeker wanneer je een raam open wil houden. Verder prima plek om Parijs te ontdekken en dicht bij metro, cafés, restaurant, winkels en bezienswaardigheden.

We enjoyed our week long stay at this beautiful apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It was beautiful and well equipped. We cooked breakfast and dinner most days and we were well pleased with the tools provided. The beds were comfortable (I preferred the pull out couch’s level softness to the relative hardness of the main bed but both were large and I slept well). The location is perfect for shopping. The apartment is steps away from a Monoprix (grocery) and Printemps (Hugh end shopping) with multiple cafes and small clothing shops in between. We didn’t get to use the elevator because it’s being modernized. So, lucky ducks are all you renters after us! The stairs are wide and gradual but still exhausting to climb after a full day of walking. There is a metro stop just across the street but we used the Aubers and Opera stations the most as the metro is being extensively remodeled and certain trains are being rerouted during the construction. This added a few blocks walking to our everyday traveling time which was really only a burden to our small child. The apartment team was very helpful and responsive to all of our communications and the checking in and out processes couldn’t have been easier!
