I liked the area that the building was situated. But the cleanliness and service was bad.. We asked for another room since the one that we had was not clean and they kept on saying that they will change it tomorrow until our vacation was over so our room stayed the same. It states that the rooms are soundproof but you can hear everyone in the hotel and everyone hears you. Not a good experience..

A estadia no hotel foi maravilhosa. O dono é extremamente simpático e bem-humorado, sempre nos acolheu com muita gentileza e atenção, demonstrando verdadeira preocupação com o nosso bem-estar. Desde a chegada, fez com que nos sentíssemos em casa. O quarto estava sempre limpo, confortável e bem cuidado. O café da manhã é simples, mas preparado com carinho, com tudo o que precisamos para começar bem o dia. Uma experiência acolhedora, leve e muito agradável. Recomendo muito.

Décevant malgré un accueil sympathique

Accueil très chaleureux. La chambre était minuscule sans bureau ou au moins une table alors que je voulais travailler. La peinture a été faite à l’arrache pour cacher la misère. Le coin salle de bain est très propre et moderne en revanche.

PEU RECOMMANDABLE

Grosse déception, chambre n°34 de 10m2 environ, très petit lit pour 2 personnes, salle de bain en mauvais état et également très petite. WC broyeur extrêmement bruyant. Aucune insonorisation entre les diverses chambres (on vit avec les voisins). Forts bruits dans les canalisations d'alimentation en eau. Très mauvaise réception des chaînes Télé. Ne pas séjourner plus d'une nuit. A tarif équivalent allez ailleurs. Et pour le petit déjeuner c'est le top, on vous dissuade de le prendre là, on comprend pourquoi le matin, juste 2 minuscules tables à l'accueil collées à la fenêtre. Pour conclure, une très mauvaise expérience. A FUIR

Terrible. No hay elevador y las maletas grandes son casi imposibles de subir por la escalera. Uno de los que atiende la recepción no habla nada de inglés. No cambian las sábanas ni toallas. El internet no funcionaba. Hay que dejar la llave al salir a la calle y cuando regresas a veces hay que esperar para que vengan a dártela. Las paredes parecen de papel y se escucha todo los de las habitaciones de al lado.

Ik snap alle negatieve reacties nier. Dit is een goed hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamers waren schoon en netjes. Het bed was groot en sliep heerlijk. De badkamer was ook schoon net een goede douche. De kamer was zeker niet klein. Het ontbijt was goed met vers brood. Het verblijf ligt centraal tussen de drie grote trein stations en alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op 15 min afstand met bus of metro.

No se hospeden en este lugar. Las habitaciones son diminutas, sucias, baño sucio, huele mal, no cabe una maleta en la habitación. Las fotos no coinciden con descripción y lugar, escaleras de 50 cm. Gato dentro del lugar. Anfitrión muy poco amable y cooperador. Exige pago de tax en efectivo! Muy grosero. Recomiendo nunca hospedarse aquí! Fue necesario reservar otro lugar del pésimo estado!

Mauvaise expérience

L’accueil fut cordial, la chambre est cependant très mauvaise état. Mobilier abîmé, sanitaire en mauvais état, draps tachés, forte odeur de cigarette dans une chambre non fumeur. Une ambiance générale dans la chambre qui ne permet pas réellement d’en profiter. Dommage pour un hôtel qui est idéalement placé sur le métro Montparnasse/Stade de France. Nous retiendrons le concert et tacherons d’oublier notre nuit dans cet hôtel. Nous ne conseillerons pas cet établissement, déçu qu’il soit proposé sur votre plateforme.

This is not a hotel! It can only be described as a doss house, it was dirty, everything was broken, we paid for breakfast and there were no amenities to even have food! One night was a night too much for us, we booked elsewhere.

Tres bruyant et non conforme au descriptif

Pas de bureau pour travailler alors qu il est mentionné dans le descriptif de la chambre. Il ess meme précise "chambre insonorisée" alors que je n ai pas pu m endormir avant 2h du matin car tout les bruits intérieurs et exterieurs (voisins tres bruyants) penetrent dans la chambre. Les rideaux trop courts laissent passer la lumiere la nuit. A eviter si vous voulez bien dormir.

Hotel a fuir a tout prix !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel a fuir aucune photo correspondant, la chambre est minuscule et les toilettes encore pire, lorsque nous arrivons les draps sont sales et la douche est bouché. Les chambres sont super mal isolé quiconque monte les escalier ou ouvre une porte ne passe pas inaperçu. Il n'y a qu'une seule prise dans la chambre et aucune multiprise nous est fournis, la femme de menage rentre dans notre chambre sans toquer a 10h du matin. Quand nous leurs vous parler de punaise de lit ils nous dise que ce sont leurs concurrent qui mettent de faux avis. Bref hotel a fuir même si on me paie je n'y retournerais pas.
