Overall very unpleasant experience, we had a three night stay and had three different rooms. First room, AC did not work, water leak coming from the ceiling. Room two AC did not work television did not work room three AC did not work. TV did not work and room was dirty cans toiletries underneath the bed. We notified the staff daily, more interested in smoking outside than helping us, our request we’re rarely accomplished. Overall terrible experience.

Séjour convenable

J'ai passé un séjour convenable. Je déplore la manière à laquelle le lit a été fait. La housse de couette était bien froissé, pas repassé. Malgré le signalement que j'ai fait à l'accueil, elle n'a pas été remplacée. Le seul point positif est que l'hôtel était proche du lieu de ma mission.

Surprise sous le lit !

Accueil juste limite. Découverte sous mon lit d’une boite de préservatif mais le plus gênant, d’un préservatif usagé 😳 Remarque faite à la réception, tout juste des excuses, nouvelle chambre d’attribuée avec cette fois la douche qui avait beaucoup de mal à se vider… bref je ne reviendrai pas.

Très agréablement surprise

Je n’étais pas revenue depuis plusieurs mois suite à une désagréable aventure. Retour hier et je dois dire que je suis très agréablement surprise. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon. Moins de 90 euros avec petit déjeuner inclus en dernière minute sur le secteur est raisonnable. La literie parfaite, le petit-déjeuner très bon et suffisamment diversifié, l’accueil très bien. Merci et à bientôt.

je déconseille

chambre propre mais payer 100€ pour avoir deux lits collés pour un lit double c’est vraiment la blague du siècle en plus de ça l’hôtel ne prévient pas de la visite de la femme de ménage, à 10h elle passe alors que j’étais en train de dormir j’étais dénudé elle a toqué et est rentrée fin je comprends pas si la clé n’a pas été remise à l’accueil c’est que nous sommes encore dans la chambre mais bon nous ne sommes pas tous dotés d’intelligence j’ai pu l’observer, très déçue, j’ai reçu des petites excuses mais pff le mal est déjà fait, on a 0 intimité et on se fout du monde j’conseillerai pas à mes proches en tous cas et on ne me reverra pas. ce message s’adresse pas à la femme de ménage mais à l’équipe de l’hôtel pour manque de communication que ce soit avec les employés ou les clients.
