Remodeled rooms, still has some mold in the bathrooms. No AC and the ventilations seems limited :(

Although the location was very central but the room was quite not clean and the AC didn’t work for three days - the team didn’t even try to help, as they only suggested to provide a free minibar (as this may help with the weather conditions) I highly don’t recommend as they know nothing aboit customer services!

Great location: Close to Auber metro station which is good for taking RER. Many bus stops around the hotel so easily accesible to poplular destinations. Close to La Fayette Haussmann department store. Space: It has quite spacious room comparing to other similar hotels I have stayed in Paris. Two closets were enough and shower water pressure was hard(personally I like hard one). Hot water came out quickly. Breakfasst and Receptions: The breakfast was good and delicious. All of staff members was super kind and nice. Thumbs up👍 Small complaint: The door won't close perfectly so it made unpleaseant noises every time I used or flushed down toilet bowl. Overall, I like this place!

Zu teuer - Lage sehr gut - aber keine € 200 pro Nacht wert! Das Hotel ist alt, die Zimmer winzig, dreckig, es stinkt, Klimaanlage defekt, durch Belüftung im Bad kommt jede Nacht Zigaretten-Gestank aus Nachbarzimmer. Absolute Touristen Abzocke!

Bonne situation géographique pour un séjour touristique. Hôtel calme et très propre. 1er accueil très moyen puis agent du soir sur plusieurs jours très aimable. Petit déjeuner correct pour le prix. Insuffisance de la climatisation en chambre.

Personnel très serviable et agréable. Je ne captais pas dans la première chambre, il m'a changé de chambre pour me mettre sur la rue, qui capte. L'eau n'était pas très chaude, alors que je mettais à fond.

Excellente expérience

Le personnel d’accueil été parfait, ils étaient tous très aimable. La literie très confortable. Les produits dans la salle de bain une excellente découverte. Le seul bémol le manque de place entre le lit et le bureau, beaucoup trop étroit. Le quartier très animé, hôtel très bien situé.

Weather was surprisingly nice , hotel check in was very quick but not great in terms of service, hotel was disappointing as the hallways were a mess leading up to the rooms , the room itself was perfectly fine. Although I did not get a lot of sleep due to extremely noisy guests in the surrounding rooms.

最初にチェックインした部屋は香水のような匂いがひどくかった。ホテル全体的に香水のような匂いがうっすらと漂い、やや気になる。 フロントの男性はカジュアルだが仕事はしっかりしてくれる。窓の大きさや使い勝手など、部屋によってかなり異なるので、荷解きの前にいくつか見るのがおすすめ。 立地は便利で文句なし。
