It is a great location with quick access to subway line M8 and a short walk to Tour Eiffel. The hotel was perfect for a 3-night stay: clean and quiet. There are plenty of restaurants in the area; some are on Google maps, and some are not.

Location location safe metro outside no where to sit in the day very small room no extra coffee pay for extra there was not breakfast that was worth paying for. If you plan on dropping your bags and never being at hotel it is a good location but if you like eat and relax in common area have a drink this is not the place.

Charming hotel under the lights of Eiffel Tower!

Our time at the Hotel Royal Phare was amazing. We were greeted at the front door with a friendly staff that spoke perfect English. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower! Steps aware from a metro station, easy walk to Eiffel Tower and museums. Many lovely restaurants in the area. Bed was comfortable.

This is a charming hotel, located very close to the Eiffel Tower and the river. There is also a Metro station almost outside the door of the hotel. The staff were kind and gracious. The elevator is a one-person-at-a-time throw back to simpler times — don’t let that stop you from making a reservation. Our room was spacious and had plenty of storage. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean but compact, equipped with everything you need: air conditioning, a hairdryer, tea maker, fridge, safe, wardrobe, desk, and a large TV. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with a quality 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash. We stayed in a street-view room, which was well soundproofed against traffic noise, and the curtains effectively blocked out the sunlight. The beds were firm yet comfortable, and the pillows were soft but supportive. The room had carpeted floors, while the bathroom was tiled. They offer a light breakfast, but there are plenty of fantastic cafes just around the corner. Additionally, there's a cash point near the entrance and a grocery store next door. The Metro Line 8 station is right outside the door, making it easy to walk to most of the sights.

It is the first hotel, in which I stay in Paris in which everything rocks and rules: 10 for the reception personnel - I never received the invoice so fast - right when I was leaving my room key. 10 for the tidiness and cleanliness 10 for the modern and qualitative construction materials used for refurbishment, and amazing furniture. 10 for the OH MY GOD super bathroom! great and spacious shower cabin. and again, the elements from the bathroom: sink, shower, and mirrors all new and qualitative - everything new 10 for having a safe box. 10 for having glazed windows. 10 for the location and view. 10 for having both grocery store and Naturalia store downstairs. Thank you for everything!

Didn’t like entrance, squishy with luggage and lots of stairs. Had to send luggage up by itself and partner went up stairs to get it cause elevator only fit 2 people very squishy. Eiffel Tower view was amazing so worth it. Location was good, staff somewhat helpful. Don’t bother with breakfast there. Metro close but extremely busy wouldn’t recommend with luggage unless just 1 small bag.

Cute little hotel and Andre was a superb front desk extremely informative seeing the Eiffel tower from our window was breathtaking. Paris was beautiful and the little cafés all around the streets were awesome people great I would recommend

Was happily pleased with hotel. Yes it is smaller than in America however it was very practical. Staff was amazing! Would stay again and again. Everything is located so close. Metro, Eiffel Tower and all things to see are very accessible.
