I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are small, but clean, and the staff was nice and helpful. We loved the location. It felt like you were around lots of locals and not tourist, yet the location is convenient to everything. Lastly, cool local bars and restaurants surrounded the hotel.

If you want a generally quiet place to stay, this hotel fits the goal. The only a pizza place across the steet may be a little noisy but it's fine after 11pm. If your windows look to the other side, it's perfect. It's clean, with a perfect service daily. The beds are convenient, no complains. The rooms are very small but manageable. Thete are multiple eating places around with freshly baked bagets, coffee, crossants, and everything looks yummy. Cons: it's not close to the center. 6-7 min walk to the closest Metro station Corvisar. Use the Bolt service if you don’t want to use Metro. Bolt is cheaper than Uber or taxi. Just download their app.

The Butte aux Cailles is one of my favourite areas to stay in Paris. The Auguste Blanqui market on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday is a great shopping experience. My typical day starts with croissants from Merci Jerome with Happy Hour at La Folie en Tete around the corner. The Auberge de la Butte serves great French food and the Soyouz bar cafe has great pizza. Room size typical for Paris but shower had power! Clean and comfortable, Merci Saint Charles

demandez des precisions avant de venir

la chambre etait bien qqs bemols cependant. les coffres dans les chambres ne sont pas operationnels et ils n'ont pas de piles pour les faire fonctionner. Le telephone de la chambre ne fonctionne pas et d'apres receptionniste qqs chambres ont ce probleme. l'insonorisation des chambres est tres mediocre. le thermostat des chauffages n'est pas operationnel j'ai dormi dans une chambre surchauffée... ceci dit c'est facile d'ouvrir la fenetre mais ce n'est pas tres eco responsable. l'accueil etait tres sympa et la chmbre avec grand balcon etait tres appreciable. l'hotel devrait rendre ses coffres operationnels et resoudre ces minis hics pour le reste c'etait tres bien.

Cet hôtel est bien place et le lit est comfortable. Mais le personnel à l'arrivée n'est pas au courant des réservations et des payments. On doit toujours justifier que la chambre est prépayée.
