A perfectly fine budget tourist hotel. Breakfast can be really busy with quite limited options, but the hotel is well located with the metro right outside and Gare de Lyon very walkable. The bedrooms very comfortable and quiet although air conditioning is quite poor. I’d stay there again if I needed to be in the area.
The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we had questions. The bar wasn’t open long enough however I understand that when there are not a lot of guests in the hotel, they need to adjust. Very convenient for the underground transportation, as well as walking, Ubers and so many dining options. Great location-we loved it.

Disliked: Amenities
Basic room. Need of refurbishment. Shower very outdated not as detailed in pictures.
Next door which we didn’t know is an arena, very busy and noisy.
Lovely staff, room was clean.
No coffee making facilities in room and Starbucks machine downstairs out of order, fresh breakfast.
If your looking for somewhere just to lay your head it’s ok, if your looking for a bit more to your room, stay elsewhere.

Basic but good location and breakfast
Very basic rooms, not fancy at all, but we were ok with that as cheaper price. Great breakfast lots on offer, and really friendly staff. Right next to metro and easy to get to main tourist sites. Would recommend if you just want a basic hotel with friendly staff

Hotel double room is small but perfectly formed. Great for a short break and very close to Paris metro transport links.

Great for families a couple of nights
Very nice reception area with free pop corn and games + a bar and a terrace. Perfect for a family. We had a family room which was big for a Paris room. Great location by the metro and easy access to the rest of Paris.
Good place to stay for access to the Accor Arena. Small comfortable room, not much hanging space & very hot. Couldn't work the aircon.
Great shower was a bonus.
A standard room. You know what you're paying for.
Clean, decent, functional.
Buffet breakfast good.
Metro station nearby and 10 mins walk to o gate du Lyon.
This hotel was a really great stay. Every staff member that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, and I loved that there was a water filter machine directly in the lobby when you first get in. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. You could tell that there was a bit of wear and tear on the room, but that didn't detract from the overall comfort or style of them. Definitely worth the price!
Stay away if you like standard clean rooms. Our room had mold, so much mold! In the shower and around the windows. This hotel needs to close down. The breakfast was ok, but no plates so we had to use napkins.
The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for what we were planning on doing. But the dirty, nasty rooms totally ruined the stay. Disgusting!!

Friendly personal.
Small room, breakfast to go was terrible, and no milk in the restaurant to make cappucino in the morning.
The reception was easy to find & very quick. I also ask the receptionist if he could recomnand a nice restaurant, he did & the meal was lovely. The room itself was very nice, clean & the bed really confortable. The bathroom had both a bath or shower your choice. I really would go back.
The breakfeast was continental & I enjoyed it.
I stayed at Paris Ibis Style Hotel for six nights and, unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. The rooms were incredibly small with no coffee maker, drinks, or iron provided. In fact, we had to pay a 20-euro deposit just to borrow an iron, which felt inconvenient.
During our stay, the elevators broke down three times, forcing us to walk up and down eight floors – a huge hassle, especially after long days out. Additionally, the rooms had no air conditioning, and with the heat inside, it became almost unbearable. There was also no netting on the windows to prevent mosquitoes from getting in, and we ended up with several bites.
On a positive note, the location was great, close to local attractions and public transport, but overall, the lack of basic amenities and comfort really overshadowed our stay.
Rooms were small. Bathrooms outdated. No area to put clothes in drawers, or anything that would make you feel more comfortable (mini fridge, etc).
House cleaning was rude on multiple times, one of which being scuffed at for still being in our room (sleeping) when they wanted to clean.
The AC worked on the first night, then stopped after that. We were told they shut off the AC/Air to all residents because it was cool outside and we didn’t need it anymore…
Except, windows barely opened and it’s right next to a music venue that occasionally plays loud music till late in the night - and you needed to have your windows open because no air.
All in all, there were no bed bugs, so that’s good. But I’d try to find a place that values your comfort a bit more, and well personally try to avoid coming to this property again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Second time staying here and was gobsmacked.
Service. Staff are below par, girl who works at the bar shouting at a much older lady. Was given a voucher for a drink from the manager and she seemed annoyed by this. Banging and knocking things around because wine was not included in the voucher although the manager said to honour it. She goes on to shout in French at the manager. Very uncomfortable and not the way to behave from someone providing a service.
The reason I was given a voucher, the housekeeping came into my room, peed in the toilet , left the lid up and didn’t flush. The whole bedroom smelt upon our return. We knew it was a man as there was no tissue in the toilet. Lo and behold when we saw the houskeeeping the next day serving our floor it was a man. I’ve never had housekeepers using the facilities in an occupied room.
Thirdly, location is nice, near shops and the metro and very close to the arena.
Breakfast shut 45 minutes early one day, we saw about 25 people come for breakfast to be told in a rude manner “NO breakfast is closed! Shut!”. They took away the pastries and turned off the hot drinks machine so they couldn’t be used. Friends of ours we made In the hotel had to go without food or drinks for breakfast.
I’ve never seen such poor behaviour and rude staff especially from a hotel. I’ll be logging a formal complaint with the hotel chain, specifically about the bar girl. Terrible attitude to be shouting at customers.

Good for the price. Staff were nice. Good location.
Rooms a little small, first floor had the weirdest gag inducing stench throughout, breakfast could have done with some heavily fried meats to satisfy us with less refined palettes.
