Very clean and pictures were accurate

Apartment was very clean and nice and the amenities were great. Comfortable for 7 people. Shower was only hot for one shower though

Excellent process for check-in/out. Wonderful location! Wifi was awesome - kept the kids happy. A/c was much much appreciated during the heatwave, but must keep door to rooms open as there is a lack of ventilation in the rooms if door is kept closed. Some ways to getting the fans to get the moisture in the washroom out would be good but we are not here long term so it doesn’t matter much. Thankful for a washer-dryer but don’t expect a full dryer - still need to partially hang dry our stuffs. A few minor issues but wouldn’t stop us of booking this place again. Communication with Loris and Lavie Maison staffs were promptly responded and professional.

Safe location, great team, clean apartment

The location is a block from the river seinne and St Germain blvd. As a first time visitor, i felt safe strolling the streets here. Alimento is around the corner with the best pizza. Bistro 65 and Jozi were wonderful breakfast spots on the river seinne and le cardinal on st Germaine had the best service and delicious fare. Negatives to know, although they would not stop me from renting this apartment again... There are only 2 bathrooms (not 2.5) but both do have a toilet. Construction began at 7am and awakes whoever is in the room with 2 beds. There is only one key. If you travel with people who do not want to go out together, it is an issue because a key is needed on both the inside and the outside. Meaning, anyone left inside had to be locked in or the door had to be left unlocked if the first person to leave took to the key. The responsiveness of the management team was fast and helpful. I am very pleased with my stay on cochin. I hope to travel again in the fall and will look to them for my next place to stay. Thank you, loris! You are fab! beds or in the living room.
