The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 127 m² apartment in Paris which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it includes an attractive 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you !
The apartment is composed as follows :

- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy near the apartment all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park in the nearby paid parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare du Nord, approx. 150 m away
- Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, approx. 27 km away.
