The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very convenient to both public transportation and tourist attractions. But the 3-person room is smaller than expected. The room condition is much worse than that shown in the website, such as old interior decoration and furniture, unlevelled floor, dirty carpet, etc. Insufficient provision of daily consumables for 3 persons, i.e. there are 3 face towels, 3 bath gels and 2 soaps on the day of check-in, but it reduces to 2 face towels, 2 bath gels and 1 soap starting from the third day of stay. The air-conditioning is automatically switched off after 11pm that it is very hot in the night though we have turned the heater to the min.

房间很小，设施还算可以，电梯的确是鞋盒子电梯，我们全家三口不带行李可以满满地挤在一起。酒店周围很多韩国烤肉和日本寿司店，还有亚洲超市，吃比较方便。机场大巴也可以直达歌剧院。但做地铁不怎么方便，去主要景点大部分需要换乘，不如正在主要枢纽站附近方便。

The room was ok- but the bathroom was way too small- it's not good when you have to almost do acrobatics to get into the shower! The lift was also tiny, had a gap in the internal doors which could trap fingers between floors and tended to bounce on downward journeys. The staff were great on arrival and departure and the kitchen area was good- but it was not really the room that we booked- that shower entry/exit will stay with me for a long time- don't take a 7th floor room!

I loved this hotel because of how nice the room was. The bed was great for 2 people or maybe a small child and 2 adults, with great staff and cheap and good breakfast buffet. Had a spacious closet but a little bit small of a bathroom. The air conditioner was amazing because we had just left a hotel that was terrible and this really made our day. They had free water juice or coffee even if you didn’t want to buy the breakfast buffet. Overall, you should go to this hote and it won’t break the bank.

We paid for the convenience and being in the city center, but boy was this room small would’ve been fine for a single but a queen size bed took up 90% of the room. The bathroom was extremely tiny and the carpets could’ve used a good cleaning prior to our arrival. The staff was amazing each one of the front desk personnel were extremely accommodating and friendly even to us Americans.;) no real amenities, other than its location, small area for breakfast a two person lift and a spiral staircase for the five floors of this hotel.

I loved this hotel for many reasons the front desk staff is really helpful and kind, the hotel location is amazing it’s so close to the opera but the hotel street is really quiet and you’ll find transportation easily and close, the neighborhood has many restaurants around, and they have free coffee for the guests each morning! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!!
