We were guests for 4 nights in this apartment which is just as you see in the photo very nice and organised with all the comforts that can request those who choose this type of holiday unique flaw that is not mentioned in the ad but as I have already reported to the host it is duty for those who will book in the future "the lack of windows" since it is located in a former store, it is close to the whole metro 2 minutes momatre 10 minutes and right behind the street very comfortable buses and he is very helpful problem solving very fast and they recommend nice places

Great stay

The flat is in a good area, only 5 minutes from sacre coeur. Plenty of good local restaurants.The photos are accurate. The stairs are steep so be careful! It was lovely and warm which was appreciated in February. Also had plenty of toilet rolls and kitchen towel which is also a bonus! The owner answered questions very quickly. No problems whilst we were there.

Cool spot

Cool spot, clean…. liked the renovations and Host is awesome with communication. I also loved that they had plenty of towels, sheets, and toilet paper :)

Short stay in Paris

We had a great stay at this property. Location was perfect for us. We were able to walk through Montmatre area to Sacre Coeur in 20 min as well as a 40-50 min walk to downtown area. Stairs to kitchen/2nd bedroom were steep and could use a hand rail but the place was updated and modern. Note there is no dishwasher or microwave.

Paris before Med Cruise

Arrived on Tuesday and was allowed to check in a couple hours early. The property is located in a busy section of town. I believe it was an old business that has been converted into a residence. The kitchen and 1 bedroom is located in the musky smelling downstairs. You must empty the dehumidifier twice a day for the up and down stairs. After one trip downstairs, my wife decided not to attempt the 100 % verticals stairs more than once. I'm not sure if I would stay here again with my family.

Noisy at night

Check in was ok. Lockbox with keys. Did not realize how noisy the nights would be. Lots of people in the street outside of the VRBO. Some people fighting some people on loud motorcycles, very noisy. The front of the building has a grate on it like one you close when you close a store. People would lean on it, which made it clink into the windows, That was very disturbing and terrifying! The bedroom that was upstairs was nice comfy bed. Bedroom did have a shower with double sinks no toilet though. The floors were not clean. Second shower and toilet are upstairs. The other bedroom was in the Basement of the house which is also where the kitchen was. We didn’t use it. we prefer to go out and eat. We did not use the coffee pot. Washer worked ok dryer would have been nice. There was no place to hang clothes. There was also not really any place to hang your clothes if you wanted to take your things out of your suitcase and hang them up so that they would relax a little bit. There was one small rack with 2 shelves. Since the second bedroom was in the basement and there was no egress my friend decided to sleep on the pullout couch that was upstairs. It was very uncomfortable for her. My suggestion would be to swap the second bedroom and the lounge. The stairs going down are very steep. It’s like walking on a ship. The downstairs bedroom smelled a little musty as well during the day the neighborhood was nice. 5 min walk to the metro. Nice local places for quick meals.

Déçu par le logement ne recommande pas.Pour commencer la clim en photo ne fonctionne pas et aucune fenêtre dans le logement (pas sur que ce soit légal) et grosse humidité a cause des douches.Il restait un ballon gonflable des précédent locataire des trace blanche sur le lit des tache sur un meuble une odeur de renfermé brulé au sous sol et une VMC bruyante.Des trace de bougie fondu dans le four, une lampe mal fixé la rembarde de sécurité mal fixé dans les escalier qui sont très dangereux, de la literie fatigué, beaucoup trop petit et mal agencé pour 6 personne.

Goed verblijf in Parijs

De bovenste slaapkamer was prima. Douchen in die kamer niet gegaan vacatie t vocht . Afvoeren niet goed en stank in badkamer . Slaapkamer beneden klein maar heel rustig . Nergens daglicht . Gevaarlijke steile trap zonder leuning . Rookmelder hangt niet goed . Entree stonk naar pies en er was geen mat om boete te vegen . Gevoeg handdoeken en schone lakens .

Quando le foto non rispecchiano affatto la realtà

Abbiamo preso questo appuntamento perché attratti dalle foto pubblicate online. Sembrava davvero bello, abbiamo trovato un appartamento sporco, i 2 bagni descritti in effetti erano 1 bagno con doccia e l'altro era solamente una doccia e i lavandini. Siamo rimasti 2 giorni con l'acqua fredda senza potersi lavare, dopo una giornata in giro per Parigi. Per scendere nella stanza di sotto bisogna fare delle scale ripidissime, se uno cade rischia seriamente il politrauma. L'unica cosa positiva era la posizione vicinissima a Montmartre. Dimenticavo due cose, viene pubblicizzato a 800 euro a notte (follia pura) e la TV che funziona ma non si prende nulla. Sconsigliatissimo.
