It was in the old 5 story building in the central location close to everything. It was well appointed inside. Did not like claimbing 5 flights of stairs to get in. Also, I would not describe it as 3 bedrooms, I would say one living area with 2 lofts, separated by partitions.

Great location in the Marais

Great small appartment. Close to everything. Quiet. Everything you need for a short stay in Paris, within walking distance of everything. Washer, fridge and small kitchen was useful. Plan 15-20 minutes for key pick-ups and walking to the apartment but check-in was a breeze.

Great location but…

Cute top-floor efficiency unit with great neighborhood and location. The bathroom drain had a horrible smell and AC unit did not work! The unit had heavy wear and tear, e.g. peeling wall paint, marks on the wall, refrigerator facade peeling off, missing shower floor tiles.Reached out to contact and got hands off vibe or some other committee is responsible for issue; zero accountability. Thank god the unit had windows we could open to cool the place! We even bought cleaner to try to address horrible smell.

False advertising but great location

A week prior to booking all of the photos of the property had been removed except for one photo of the sink in the bathroom. If you're desperate this place might work, if not find a place with a better rating and upkeep. First its important to understand that this is by no means a 3 bedroom unit. There is one bedroom with sliding doors and an open loft with a bed, there is no 3rd bedroom or bed. Second the air conditioning did not work and we were there during some of the warmest days of the summer. Third, there remains an odor coming from the drains in the bathroom and fourth there was an issue where we were not provided the check in information for nearly 2 hours after the assigned check in time. Lastly it was advertised as having a laundry machine, this was also out of order. Overall the best thing about this place was the location (very close to museums) and neighborhood (lots of shops, markets and restaurants to choose from).
