Welcome to our Warm Apartment in the Heart of Boulogne
We are delighted to present our charming one bedroom apartment, ideally located in the heart of Boulogne, a short walk from the "Passages" shopping center as well as numerous restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Thanks to its proximity to the Franklin Roosevelt metro station, you will be just 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and 15 minutes from the Champs-Élysées, making it a perfect base for discovering Paris.

Characteristics of the Apartment:
• Apartment with an area of 27m2 located on the 1st floor (without elevator)
• 1 comfortable bedroom with a double bed
• 1 pleasant lounge
• A fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including a fridge, oven, washing machine, crockery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle
• A dining area with a table for your meals

Equipment Included:
The apartment is equipped with an iron, an internet connection (Wi-Fi), a hairdryer, central heating for your comfort, as well as a television for your moments of relaxation .

Services Included:
The cleaning fee covers the provision of clean linens and towels for each guest, and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper to ensure the apartment is clean upon your arrival.

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Im Badezimmer war das Fenster als Sichtschutz sehr provisorisch mit Folie verklebt. Wir hatten den Gastgebern per FeWo-Direkt und WhatsApp mitgeteilt, dass an der Live Box eine weiße LED blinkt (kein Internet) und deshalb der TV nicht funktionieren kann. Die schriftlichen Hinweise haben an diesem Zustand nichts geändert und es hat niemand angerufen und es ist auch deshalb niemand in die Wohnung gekommen.
