This brand new studio is perfectly located in Montmartre. Positioned on the 8th floor (with an elevator), it offers a front-row view of both the Sacré-Cœur and the Eiffel Tower. The studio features a small balcony, which is a bit tight for two people but manageable. It boasts a dual orientation: east-facing on the kitchen side to catch the sunrise, and west-facing on the balcony side to enjoy the sunset.

The views were better than the photos. The unit had fresh, new amenities tucked inside a classic, period piece building. All of Montmarte is nearby and Le Metro is close by for ventures to the rest of Paris.

Absolutely beautiful!

I was looking for a place to stay for a surprise trip for my wife’s 40th Birthday. We avoided the touristy neighborhoods and hotels and opted for a “locals-style” property so that we could really soak in the people and culture of Paris. One of the “must-haves” was beautiful views of the Parisian skyline and this place exceeded all of my expectations. The views were amazing and the property boasts views of both the north and south of the city, not something that is common in most properties. We could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Sacre Coeur with phenomenal clarity. It was magical watching the Eiffel Tower glitter and shimmer (only happens at midnight each - at least when we were there) and light up the Paris sky. Astrid was an amazing host. She responded promptly to all of our questions and even texted me info on several of her favorite restaurants, most of which we happily visited. She later informed us that we were her first ever VRBO guests and I was shocked since everything went so well and the property was so well-presented. We have zero complaints and would recommend Astrid’s home to anyone looking for that perfect Paris experience. Thank you for the wonderful stay, Astrid! Love, Dax & Erin
