Wonderful and quiet Paris getaway

Great Experience

First time using VRBO and the place was great. Exactly as advertised and very smooth check in process. We asked to arrive a bit earlier and the owner helped out. Would stay again .

Great location lovely property

Only thing I would say is it’s compact. That’s not a negative just a statement. Great apartment, great location for sightseeing Paris. Close to metro and plenty of food/shops. Great decor as well. Would stay again in a heartbeat (just me and the wife though)

The perfect spot for seeing Paris

This lovely apartment was perfect for our stay. We captured the sights and loved the convenient walks and bike access. The place is super cute with everything we needed! We’d welcome the chance to stay again.

Wonderfully organized apartment

We were fortunate to stay in this lovely flat for three nights as part of a 10-day stay in France. The apartment is cozy, beautifully designed and organized, very comfortable and convenient to public transportation. We would certainly book again. Communication was clear and very helpful, and check in was in-person and welcoming.

Lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood near metro

Loved this place. Clean, well appointed, nice area 2 Blocks from Pernety metro stop. Great communication with host. Couple hiccups with understanding wifi, exit protocols, but host was super available. Highly recommended

Bright, welcoming apartment

This was our second stay in this pleasant apartment. It is situated just a few minutes from the metro and buses, rue Raymond Losserand with all its little bakeries, butchers, grocery stores, restaurants etc. and in easy walking distance to the beautiful rue Daguerre. The bathroom is very small even for Parisian standards, but has everything one needs. A great place to stay in Paris

Wonderful Place To Stay

We had been in Europe for 25 days when we arrived at this gem of an apartment in Paris. The apartment was COMPLETELY appointed with every appliance, every kitchen tool, etc. and even local travel guide books. VERY Close to Metro and bus lines that take you to anywhere you want to go. Within 100 yards of the front door there are bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, etc. We absolutely recommend this place for anyone wanting a clean, cute, safe, Parisian experience.

Very nice stay for 4 days

The appartment is very excellent and tue location is brilliant. It is small, especially tue bathroom, but completely sufficient. There are many shops, restaurants nearby and the Metro is only a 3 min walk away. From there everything is reachable and a good starting point for all sightseeings. The communication and check-in with Anne-Sophie was totally easy and helpful.

truly enjoyed staying at this property. great location, easy access to metro and montparnesse station. host responded quickly to any needs and/or concerns. just be aware that this apartment is on the third floor; there is no lift. lissa very helpful getting our 'stuff' down to the bottom floor when we checked out. if you crane your neck out the living room window, you can see the tower at night!

Amazing stay

We had an amazing week in Paris and staying at this beautiful apartment made a big impact in our experience. The place is clean, cozy and very charming. It is located in a very centralized location (2 blocks from metro station) with lots of restaurants, cafes and anything you need. We enjoyed coming back to our Parisian home after a long day of sightseeing. We were very close to Montparnasse best attractions and could not ask for a better location. Thanks Oliver for making us feel welcomed in your beautiful place.

Pleasant apartment in ideal location. Clean and well equipped, with metro station, bakers, grocery stores, butchers, restaurants etc. only a short walk away. We came to love the14th arrondissement and everything it has to offer and appreciated the good communication with Anne Sophie. A second set of keys would have been appreciated.

Easy access to Metro and places to walk to

This place is excellent if a person does not have disability. It was hard to walk 54 steps with luggage. Otherwise, the place is as described by your site

Love the 14e arrondissement

Fantastic apartment and location. Perfect to come back to after a day out in the hub of Paris. Fun restaurants - active yet quiet neighbourhood. Apartment had everything we needed, was generally very quiet at night and very close to subway stop. Only thing I would recommend is an information/instruction sheet for guests with regards to appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer). We had a great time on rue Pernety - will be back.

Lovely property. Lovely neighborhood.

Spent five weeks at this property while attending French classes. The apartment is clean, modern, and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet with a thriving commercial area just a few short blocks away. The Pernety Metro station is located here as well. I highly recommend this property. The manager was attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay in Paris a memorable one. Many thanks!

Neat apartment in a quiet residential area in central Paris

We stayed in this apartment to enjoy Paris for a long weekend. As the apartment is located in a residential area, it is nice and quiet around during nighttime. The apartment is well maintained and well equipped. Although on the smaller side, it is perfect for 2 persons due to the efficient layout of the spaces. The neighbourhood (14th) has lovely restaurants and bars to enjoy and the nearby metro station brings you to the city centre in 20 minutes. Overall we had a lovely stay with a smooth communication with the owners before and during our stay.

Montparnasse 3rd floor

The quiet apartment was conveniently located near restaurants and cafes. There was lots of light, both natural and artificial. Unfortunately the bathroom was minuscule and had no storage for guests’ toiletries , which was very inconvenient. It was advertised as having a cooktop and oven, which it did, but there were no pots or pans or cooking utensils, nor a cutting board. There were an iron and ironing board and first aid kit. It just lacked organization.
