Summary:
Quiet and elegant apartment in the heart of Paris, located in the lively 10th arrondissement, close to theaters and restaurants. Recently renovated, the space features unique and well-designed interiors. The cozy bedroom overlooks a peaceful garden, offering a serene escape.
Please note: As in many Parisian buildings, the ceiling is LOW – 2.10m (6’11”) high. If you are very tall, this might be something to consider. If you have any questions about this, feel free to send me a message!
The Space:
Ideally located near the Opera, this renovated apartment can accommodate up to 4 travelers! On the 6th floor with elevator, it offers a comfortable setting for your Parisian stay.
Important: Private toilets are available on the landing, opposite the front door (on the left when exiting the elevator). The key is on your keychain. The toilets located inside the apartment are out of service and access to them is strictly prohibited. Any use will result in a billed technical intervention.
The apartment includes:
• A sleeping area: Queen Size bed (160 x 200) with storage and new bedding.
• A living room: double sofa bed, Smart television, storage space and high-speed Wi-Fi.
• An open equipped kitchen: hotplates, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: ideal for enjoying your meals comfortably.
• A laundry area: washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
• A modern bathroom: shower, bathtub, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• Toilets: separate and located on the landing (private outdoor toilets).

Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Late arrivals will only be accepted the following day from 9:30 AM onwards. Additional fees may apply if check-in times are not respected.
Early Check-in: If you wish to check in before 3:00 PM, availability will be confirmed only 24 hours in advance, with a charge of 50% of the nightly rate.
Late Check-out: If you wish to check out after the official departure time, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, and additional charges of 50% of the nightly rate may apply.
Security Deposit
A €250 deposit is required to access the property.
The deposit must be paid online only via credit card through SWIKLY.
The refund will be processed from 21 business days after your departure, provided no damage is reported.

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.
