Just a 3-minute walk from Gare de Lyon, Very easy to reach, A quiet pedestrian street with small, colorful houses, A new apartment, I was the first guest, Everything was very clean and pleasant, It's a small but cozy place, bright, with all the necessary amenities, furnished in a nice, relaxed style, The bed is comfortable, The bathroom is very nice with a clean design and quite spacious considering the apartment's size, Joffrey and the staff were very responsive, kind, and helpful, It's easy to walk everywhere from there, Keep in mind that the staircase is very narrow and steep, so it may not be suitable if you have a large/heavy suitcase or limited mobility as there is no elevator, The entire building consists of CheckMyGuest rental apartments, one on each floor, You can hear other guests easily, especially when they come and go, However, they were quiet during my stay, so it wasn't a problem, Overall, I highly recommend this place,
