Really great experience here - we stayed a week, with 4 kids so a kitchen was key in my mind. Also great to have a washer in the apt. Location was great as well, lots of great food within a block or two, grocery stores, boulangerie and the metro stop very close by as well.

Place was great. Highly recommend the Chinese fondue place across the street. So good. Scanning the barcode to get in can be tricky but mage it work. Nice just few blocks from metro. Clean and comfortable. What we needed.

Really liked the friendly receptionists and access to the property was easy. Apartment is newly renovated so everything was clean and new. The sofa bed was a bit difficult to return to couch position but overall, no complaints and would stay there again.

Nice small apartment, pretty tight but comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Washing machine available with electric drying rack. Bring less clothing. Separate bedroom and comfortable pull out sofa bed, full size. Small refrigerator. Nice for the Paris Chinatown feel.

There's no sign for the property so check in is a little bit confusing. The QR code worked fine the 1st day but couldn't open the front door after that. The actual apartment rooms was clean and accommodated my family of 5 perfectly. It's fully furnished and has all the amenities needed. The biggest disappointment was there was no hot water at all on our 2nd day.

Clean, new and modern, spaceous, double bathrooms, doubble bedrooms with comfortable beds and own roof terrace fit our family perfect. Rather spend money on baguettes and fresh fruitt from nearby stores and bakeries, than overprised breakfasts included at other hotels. The neigberhood is maybe not for tourists, and there is usually a smell from all restaurant food outside (but not inside). But as a base going with the metro to all attractions it works well. Recommended for people who basically would like to have a fresh place to stay and does not need any big hotel reception or shopping streets nearby.

Parking is the major barrier anywhere in Paris. The hotel is awesome. We had a 4th floor balcony view two-bedroom apartment. It was clean and very nice with modern appliances. The staff was really helpful. Once we got the hang of the QR code (wave hand to light keypad and aim QR code 15cm away to unlock) we were good. The food is diverse in the area and we loved the neighborhood. There is a patisserie across the street with amazing croissants and desserts. The only thing I’d want a little different is the air conditioning is set to not go below 22C so given it was 97F in Paris each day, we wanted the room cooler. I emailed but did not get a response. Otherwise we loved our stay! When we ran into staff, they were extremely helpful! Would stay here again! Close to central Paris by train, but far enough to avoid the extreme business of the central area.

I liked the location which was close to all the metro stations, grocery stores, cafes, general merchandise shops, and restaurants. It was safe. The hotel had attendants available at the counter most of the time and they were helpful and cordial They spoke English and provided needed items throughout our stay. The only drawback we experienced was a lack of air conditioning and proper ventilation. There was an AC unit available but was not working. The staff informed us that they were going to check all thermostats in the rooms so maybe someone complained about it. We opened our windows to get cool air flowing in and that helped. We visited Paris in the late spring so we had cool weather. I would recommend checking to ensure a working AC is available before booking a room. Everything else was satisfactory.

The rooms are modern, clean and bigger than I expected. Beds comfortable. However the whole building relies on a QR system to enter that just did not work, we and various other people were stranded outside various times during the week ... sometimes for extended periods, there was no way to rectify but await the reception cover to turn back up. It was risky and unpleasant and never really apologised for/resolved (we had the code reset once but it still didnt work reliably). The fire alarm also went off half a dozen times during the week, including at 1am, again we had no idea what was going on as there was noone there to explain and eventually just told it was "a fault". Also if you are doing a long stay they dont provide you with refillables, cleaning materials, a brush or mop etc... so you have to chase staff for everything and/or do without basics. Disappointing as the property and location is very good/what we were after! Maybe they can resolve in future.
