The shower was great, the water pressure was great, it was perfect for what I needed. HOWEVER, there was a GIANT miscommunication. On the morning of my check out, at 8AM, I was showering and preparing to depart when a couple, who were the following renters of the space, began trying to enter the apartment. Although they DID NOT have a key, they began jiggling the lock and handle of the door, banging on the door, attempting to look in, and generally trying to enter the apartment very aggressively. As a woman who was alone in the shower and not expecting anything like this, this situation was greatly concerning to me. After ten minutes had passed, this behavior was still continuing. MY CHECKOUT WAS NOT UNTIL 10AM. When I unlocked the door to ask them what they were doing, they informed me that the rental company had told them that they could check in at 8am. They then showed me an email where the rental company had said exactly that. As I finished packing my things for the next 90 minutes, they stood and talked loudly outside the door about how annoying it was that I was still there. It was not my fault the rental company screwed up, but I paid to be in there until 10 am and was hustled out due to a miscommunication by the company. This was messed up and a really fear-inducing situation.
