Lovely apartment!

Great location! Apartment was modern, open and had two primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay in Paris

The apartment was perfectly located for what we were looking for. Easy enough to walk from Gare du Nord and then on to the various different attractions. It was comfortable and ideal for our family of 4 and was really well equipped, it would have been nice however to have access to some cleaning products, broom etc. But there were plenty of supermarkets nearby where we were able to pick these up from. We loved the location, lots to choose from when it came to deciding where to go for food and drink. We loved our evenings on Rue Montorgueil. We wished we had more time to explore the less well known parts of Paris, we will be back to do this I’m sure!

Think twice

The pluses: wonderful neighborhood, close to the Metro and great local places.Kitchen - adequate.The Not great:The images are very misleading - might have been accurate 5-10 years ago? The place needs to be refreshed; paint it, fix the hole in the wall and the knicks and dings, a matress pad would be nice, towels are dingy and the elevator was out of service for 6 days - so don't count on it. Getting the entrance code was absurd - the representative "could not find" it until the day and time of our arrival after numerous requests. To be clear - there is one toilet - we missed that in the assertion of two bathrooms. On us. Nothing at all personal about the place - no follow up, concern about lack of elevator - feels like no one is paying attention - at all.No doubt your trip to Paris will be amazing, do yourself a favor and find an alternative place to stay.
