The water pressure and temperature of the shower was strong and perfect at the end of a long day of walking around the city. The owner lives next door and is ready to help with your luggage or anything issues. Our family of four rested comfortably in this apartment. We hope to return someday soon.

Wonderful place! Location, amenities, and host were all lovely. In the middle of the heat wave we were grateful for the AC units and large fan. The small bedroom was possibly the coolest place in the city!Timi is so kind and helpful and has thought of many things. We would definitely return!

This is a lovely apartment. Although right on the street it is surprisingly very quiet. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Two blocks from Metro line #1, a taxi stand, shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

We selected this accommodation based on its central location in Paris (Marais area), which was very close to shops and restaurants and offered several nearby public transportation options. We stayed for five days during one of the hottest periods in Parisian history, so having air-conditioning was essential and appreciated. Our host was very kind and cordial, provided clear instructions for the apartment, and was always available to answer our occasional questions. The apartment was clean and quiet and a welcome refuge after each day of long walks between Parisian points of interest. We would not hesitate to return to this location when we visit Paris in the future.

We had an incredible week at Timi’s Le Marais apartment. The location was fantastic and the accommodations were perfect. Timi lives in the building and was there to greet us and show us around the apartment (and gave us water and coffee!). He even brought fresh flowers from his beautiful flower shop! There were many restaurants and shops nearby and we really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here in the future.
The apartment is bright, with big windows in the living room/kitchen and both bedrooms.

Our stay was smooth. Host met us to show us the flat and helped carry up the luggage. The neighborhood is amazing and the flat is very centrally located. Big windows over Main Street but not a lot of street noise. Kitchen is well equipped. AC units in each room. There is a washer but no dryer. Several drying racks worked fine. The space is a little dated and there are some items that make it feel more like staying in someone else’s house. Overall would strongly recommend based on the host and location!

This is the perfect location! Dealing with Timi was very easy. It was very relaxing in the appt after a long day walking around. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by, including bakeries.We recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. Timi was such a gracious host, meeting with us and providing a tour of the apartment. It was such a spacious flat and in the perfect location, close to restaurants, cafes, shopping and the Metro. We couldn't have asked for anything more, and can't wait until our next visit.

Timi was a great and responsive host during our stay. The neighborhood was fantastic, close to the Louvre, the Seine, Notre Dame and tons of shopping and restaurants. Location was outstanding, just a few minutes to very close St Paul metro station and taxi stand.
