讚好：整潔度

Super location, just steps from Place des Vosges, in Le Marais. The city is walkable from here, or you have metro and bus a 5 mins walking distance.The apartment is all renovated and has a lovely, modern style, with all appliances you might need in the kitchen and bathroom. It also has a Nespresso coffee machine.The host David was very kind and available.There is a "guardienne"in the building, which feels safe and looked after.The only detail that was not listed, and I initially struggled to get it clarified, is that the apartment is located on the ground floor, facing the communal courtyard, which makes difficult to have the window open, due to the passage from other apartments. If you overcome this, in case you spend the entire day out, then it is absolutely ok.Only one advise I would give to the property, as the price was for one person only (I was on a solo trip), but the place is suitable for two, it would be fair to let the entire studio to a couple for that price, or to reduce it for one person only. Overall a very good experience, highly recommended!Merci, David!

I had a very mixed stay - I tried on several occasions to make contact with the host to see if an early checkin would be feasible. Totally fine, if not - I just figured I would ask. I heard back the night before that he wouldn't be able to tell me until the next day so I arrived in the neighborhood early and hoped I would be able to get in only to find out that the unit had been doubled booked. He did take care of me and offer another location that was equivalent but it ate into the little time I had in the city. I probably wouldn't have been so bothered if I hadn't tried to make contact on several occasions in advance of my trip. The room was a great setup for a solo traveler.
