Expectation vs reality

The check-in service is very inconvenient compared to Airbnb, where we usually rent. The address provided to pick up the keys was incorrect. We were never notified of the new address despite receiving several emails regarding payment and insurance. Although the apartment was ready, we had to pay an extra 50 euros to use it from 12:00 onwards. Regarding the apartment, there was a lack of towel and toilet paper racks. On the first day, both bathrooms flooded due to lack of cleanliness, and someone with poor manners came simply to remove the amount of hair clogging the drains. The bedding for the fifth bed was missing, and we had to assemble it, but there was no blanket and pillow for that bed. Before check-out time, I had to receive a bag of towels and sheets without prior notice. The positive aspect is the quick response via WhatsApp and the kitchen utensils.
