Hotel was in a great location, the room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The only downsides were that our shower had a significant leak and the staff didn’t have us down for breakfast on the last 2 days. However, all quickly resolved.

I loved the staff and a cozy room. Would consider staying here again. Only thing i would say is if hotel can have a better set up for communication. I tried getting through the phone and was impossible. Other than that it was lovely but hope they can work on that for future guest when needed.

I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone who's picky because it's quite old and not very clean and also lacks an elevator. When we had to take our staff and luggage to the second floor, we had to deal with very narrow and old stairs. However, the staff were really pleasant and accommodating, and the location is conveniently close to the metro and rer.

Terrible experience.

Before my arrival I called the hotel multiple times to confirm my check-in and they never answered the phone. When I arrive, I show my reservation and the simply said that they didn't have it and were fully booked. I was in the middle of the night without accommodation, they didn't offer any help, options on accommodation, a call for a taxi or even a simple apology. I strongly recommend to avoid this place.
