The applicable lease type is determined before your arrival, based on your profile and the desired lease term.
1. The mobility lease The mobility lease is intended for individuals who, as of the lease’s effective date, meet one of the following criteria: vocational training, higher education, an apprenticeship contract, internship, voluntary service as part of a civic service program, job transfer, or temporary assignment as part of professional activities. Key features: Term ranging from 1 to 10 months, non-renewable (the lease may be amended once via an addendum, without exceeding a total of 10 months). You will be asked to provide proof of your circumstances before signing. A mobility lease is signed between the host and the tenant before each move-in.
2. The Standard Lease (Civil Code) If none of the above situations apply to you, the rental is governed by a standard lease (furnished, Civil Code), which is particularly suited to stays in a non-primary residence. The terms (duration, security deposit if applicable, notice period) will be specified when the contract is drawn up. A lease agreement is also signed before each arrival.
In both cases: The tenant must purchase home insurance covering the entire duration of their stay and provide proof of coverage. We can assist you with this process if needed.
-Lost or Forgotten Keys Any lost or forgotten keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros. After 8:00 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate. If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, the guest will be fully responsible for the costs.
