Very nice warm apartment of 40m2, completely refurbished in 2023.
Ideally located, 8 minutes walk from the RER C (Eiffel Tower in 13 minutes by RER) and 12 minutes walk from line N (Gare Montparnasse in 11 minutes by train), you will reach Paris easily.
The accommodations are on the first floor of our family home where we live.
Independent access from the outside.

The apartment has a large open kitchen with island, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher...
You will enjoy a bedroom with its queen size bed (160x200) and dressing room.
The bathroom with bathtub is adjoining the bedroom. (Note: the ceiling height is 2m05 in the bathroom, which can be annoying for a tall person).
The apartment is totally independent and benefits from an exterior accessible on the first floor for sunny days.
