Contemporary loft with exceptional rooftop
- Bathed in light, architect's penthouse for 2 to 4 people. 2 mobile air conditioners in the 70 m2 living room, exceptional with glass roof and large bay windows overlooking the terrace in the middle of trees and birds. Open kitchen and friendly bar area. Upstairs, open mezzanine with bedroom and work office, with a cooling bar, and a very large television. Bathroom, bath, shower. Two toilets, storage. 3rd floor without lift.
Located in the 20th arrondissement, this loft opens onto a private garden and a terrace: Provence cypress, fig tree, palm tree: a real country house!
10 minutes from the Belleville metro station, ideal for visiting Paris. Open bedroom on the mezzanine with double bed, and sofa bed in the living room for 2 other people. An extra adult bed and a folding baby bed.
