「Had a brilliant 3 night stay at the resort, really enjoyed. Had sent an email of praise to the staff for the wonderful service. Would definitely go back again.. Have reached out via the same email to a member of staff *Reservations Executive to advise of a few issues noticed during the stay. Tables during breakfast not being cleared away quick enough and not being wiped down sadly. Steam room didn't work and the jacuzzi performance was poor. Loose floor short blocks in the spa.
