This home is recently fully renovated with updated appliances and exquisite interior details.
LOCATION │ King’s Quarters is ideally located on the 16th hole of Park City Golf Course, right at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. From the doorstep, it’s an easy three-minute walk to the lower ski lifts at the base. This is a particularly prime location as PCMR has implemented parking policies requiring drivers to make reservations in advance and pay a $25 per day fee. Avoid the hassle and enjoy the ease of accessibility in this excellent location! Beyond the slopes, Historic Main Street is just a mile up the road. Take a quick drive to Main to enjoy endless restaurants, bars, shopping, art galleries and more. There is a bus stop a few steps away from the condo offering free, easy transportation to virtually anywhere in Park City. If you choose to rent or bring a vehicle, there is one underground garage parking space available.

Absolutely stunning rental, everything from the furniture to the the pots and pans was first class. Very swanky and clean. Hot tub was phenomenal with beautiful views. 5min walk to park city mountain ski lifts, couldn't ask for anything more.
The residence, decor, and location was perfect. There was not a single complaint. I could not stop talking about how pleased I was overall. Thank you for making my time away GREAT.

We had a good stay. The house is located very close to the ski resort. It is clean with a good kitchen, comfortable living room and 3 good size bedrooms. Highly recommended.
We ended up with 4 adults instead of the planned 6 and this spot worked very well. The condo is updated and decor is fun! Kitchen was very well stocked, and bedding comfy! Hot tub fabulous and so convenient, and walk to ski lift easy for adults! We would opt to stay here again!
Ideal location, exceptionally clean and well stocked. Beds were super comfortable! Easy walk to PC Resort and bus stops all around to get you where you want to go! If you are a golfer you are right on the course. Hope to be back again!

Thank you Jodi for a wonderful stay in Park City. Your home was perfect for our family, especially the well stocked kitchen. The house is located just a few minutes away from Park City. We also skied Deer Valley with the #3 bus stop conveniently right outside of the house. Hope to come back soon!

Three girlfriends really enjoyed our stay at this trendy and comfortable condo. Pictures were accurate but the property was even better in person! Would definitely return.
Clean, very comfortable, easy access, good instructions nice clubhouse. Hot tub was perfect. Loved the feel of this home parking was great and in a closed garage. Loved the patio with a hot tub used it every night. Location was great. Cool cemetery within walking distance was really fun to go look at the old tombstones and get up in the mountains a bit. Would love to stay here again.
This condo has been beautifully renovated and is perfect in every way. The location is walkable to the PC lifts and village, and also main street. The 3 bedrooms are all spacious, modern and comfortable. There is a ton of natural light and it's a beautiful space to relax even when not on the mountain. We are repeat customers.
This unit is in the perfect location for skiing Park City. A quick walk across the street and you are at the First Time lift. We were taking our 3-yr-old granddaughter skiing for the first time, and the location of this unit couldn't have been better. The unit is impeccably decorated and very clean. Checking in was a breeze, and communication was quick and concise. We will definitely stay here again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s right next to Park City Mountain with lots of fun summer activities. It’s walking distance (1 mile) to Main Street. The space was perfect and my kids loved having their own space upstairs. We only needed help once on our weeks visit, but Jodi was incredibly responsive and helpful! We will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit.
Wonderful property in an incredible location. Interior has been lovingly upgraded and is clean and very comfortable. Host was very responsive, although we had no issues. Departure rules were very reasonable and convenient. Would recommend and would return.
We loved this place. Location is ideal, lovely private hot tub (not all units have this), no steps into unit so easy for luggage. There is a lovely open field behind unit so we enjoyed watching snow come down into the trees.
Parking lot is literally across the street so maybe 5 minute easy walk to lifts. You can ski behind the medic center to street and get to within 50 feet of unit. I consider this ski in.
The 3rd bedroom has a sloped ceiling so we had our girls stay there as I am sure I would have bumped my head.
House was fully stocked including spices, cans of soup, peanut butter, etc. the host gave us a lovely bottle of high west upon arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at King's Quarters. The listing was very accurate, and the townhome was very comfortable for our family of four.
The place was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked with cookware and seasonings, and hot tub appeared nearly new. There was extra shampoo, toilet paper, dish soap, etc, which is great when things aren't easy to get on the mountain. The fireplace was easy to operate and a nice touch.
Even walking with two young children, it was a 10 minute walk to our ski rentals and the First Time and Payday lifts. A free Park City shuttle is also available just out your door. We Uber'd when wanting to go to Main Street to avoid the uphill walk with kids, but its doable.
We had snow during our stay and workers arrived early in the morning to shovel the sidewalks and the patios. Overall, it was a great stay. We will definitely look to stay here again.
King’s Quarters exceeded expectations. The floorplan worked great for our party of 5 (3 adults and two kids). The décor was modern and fresh, while also quite comfy and inviting. We fixed many meals in the kitchen which is laid out well and equipped with plenty of nice dishes, cookware, barware, and staples. The island dining area is versatile as eating, gathering, or working space. There’s also a dedicated office/work area that’s quite functional. The outdoor space was greatly enjoyed - the grassy lawn for frisbee, the hot tub for relaxing, the golfers playing the 16th hole nearby for amusement, and the mountain views all around for beauty. And then to top off such a beautiful home, the location made it even better. Walking or busing to town was easy. Adventure Park is a short walk away with great activities for all. And a lovely market across the street in Park City Mountain parking lot on Wednesday morning offers local treats – especially fantastic produce! Jodi was great and easy to work with. We all loved King’s Quarters!
